When I booked my flights last year with James at Netflights he James was most helpful.After arriving back from Perth WA with so many problems . Netflights hasn’t and will not help .

Qatar Airlines say that I have to go back to Netflights who I booked my seats through .No one wants to take responsibility. Very exasperating.

We're writing to you regarding booking reference 2251****, Galileo/Booking Ref: D6VMSJ: BHX >> DOH on 31/12/2025 (two adult tickets).
This flight was unfortunately cancelled due to technical fault (Qatar Airways). The outbound flight was scheduled for 13:20 but was cancelled at 21:00 (31/12/2025).
A £5 voucher was issued for food and a bottle of water. A replacement flight was booked the following day, but included a subsequent 10hr wait in Doha (we had paid extra for a shorter wait, originally).
As a consequence, there was a significant delay in getting to our final destination Perth, Australia.
This led to a loss of pre-paid accommodation in Australia and significant disruption to all travel plans.
Having navigated to the Qatar Airways Help service, we have been told to seek compensation via our travel agents (i.e., you). We have phoned your office twice, without reply, and now wish to raise the matter via email.

Unknown name and phone number had been put on my tickets by Saudi Airlines. They tried to blame Netflights, who was totally innocent. It was Netflights who contacted Saudi and sorted the issue out.

Contacted customer services on several occasions and no reply or acknowledgment received from them.
To send emails and get no response what so ever, does not inspire any good reviews what so ever as I would not wish anyone else to put up with what we had to.
Flight change
- - I need to change my flight date due to a family member's terminal illness.
- - I plan to stay a month longer to help them and their wife be comfortable.
I need to change the date of my flight. Reason being, a family member over here has been given less than a year to live, so I plan to stay for another month or so and help him and his wife get as comfortable as possible

Imminent travel from LHR to ORD schedule change have no seats for us.
- - Spoke with Netflights, VA and Delta on 16 May LHR-ORD seats.
- - Booking moved VA to Delta on 3 May.
- - Delta won't allocate seats; seeking SkyTeam no-cost rebooking.
I have repeatedly spoken to Netflights, Virgin Atlantic and Delta to ascertain seats for our flights on Tuesday 16th May from LHR to ORD. Booking made in February were confirmed on VA, then about 2 weeks ago on 3rd May I was asked by Netflights to change to Delta, due to a scheduled change by VA.
This was agreed to, but I now find that even Delta are not prepared to honour this and allocate seats for us.
They have 1 seat (middle) for 2 of us?
I would request that you rebook us at no cost on a confirmed flight with reserved seats, on any SKY Team flight on the same day at approximate time. I have a Platinum for life CARD with KLM/Air France.

i purchased fares of Air Delta to New York in May 2008 On receipt of electronic Tickets I found there was spelling mistake Hence I contacted customerservices@***.co.uk ii. e.
Gold Medal Travel Group PLC (ATOL 2916) of Preston PR2 2 QG and requested the amendment I was imposed £75.00 Charges to effect correct spelling. When I contacted Delta Airline they were shocked to hear of arbitrary charges imposed by agents contrary to the directives.
It's over 3 months now I am awaiting positive response from Gold Medal Travel Group. Rip off Gold Medal should be awarded to such unscrupulous practitioner.
